Default Cleaned IACV -- now car idles VERY LOW

I've been having an issue with my car idling low for awhile so I decided to take off my IACV and clean it. I took it off sprayed it with some carb cleaner a couple times and put it back on. Plugged everything back up and what not. Started the car and it seemed okay. After it got warm the idle dropped VERY low. Every time I hit the gas it would rev up and then drop to the point where its about to cut off. Help me! What did I do wrong?

make sure you let the car warm up fan should come on at least once, unplug the plug for your iacv and adjust the tb screw to your desired idle, plug the clip back into your iacv, pull the ecu fuse in the fuse box located in your engine bay wait 15 seconds so your ecu could adjust/reset for your new idle adjustment, plug the ecu fuse back in and restart your vehicle.

***2nd fix that horrid bold font.

don't just randomly mess with the idle screw. adjust it to the proper setting as famous was describing. also, it would help to know what car you are working on

Meh. I had this same problem after I cleaned mine. "Uh-oh" I said, thinking I had really mucked things up. Fiddled with the adjusting screw, still ran like crap. It was late by this point, had to go to bed. Next AM, everything's fine. Drove to work, no issues.

This too. I believe it's the 7.5A fuse under-hood.

where does the car idle with the IACV unplugged? does the idle change when you plug the IACV back in?

It idles very low with IACV unplugged like 150-200. With it plugged in it seems to idle fine. but once I give it some gas it drops very low and catches itself. If I can make a better video let me know. I have all day.

I reset it when I adjusted the idle.

Drive around for 20 minutes to see if the idle settles down.

If it idles at 200rpm with IACV unplugged at operating temp with all accessories off then you need to adjust your idle screw just like in the instructions!

You say you followed the steps, then you say with it unplugged it idles at 200.
Thats not following the steps!

make it idle higher
