Prelude wont fire!

So I just got finished swapping a new h23a1 into my 93 prelude si, everything looks to be in order, I'm getting spark and fuel to the rail, but I don't think to the cylinders. It turns over n over but won't fire! Any ideas? Please please!

Just swapped the relay and that's not it....
