I just bought an AEM fuel rail and pressure regulator for my 95 vtec and I was just wondering if I needed any kind of new seals for the injectors and what kind of **** I should clean the injectors and their holes in the head with and any other saftey precautions while installing them. I've never done this before but I dont think it's goin to be bad.

 

use Permatex high temp. thread sealant on all the plugs for the fuel rail and the bottom banjo bolt on the fpr....the crush washers for the banjo bolt on the fpr leak when you only use them....i had to use the thread sealant to stop the leak....use thread sealant not loctite

 

Yes tons and tons of thread sealant. I still get the occasional leak on my fuel rail.

 

i have just bought an OBX fuel rail for my 94 lude.im a lil confused on the installation also on the fuel pressure regulator. please help
