Anyone have a diagram or video on how to remove the housing & bulb dome light on a 95 civic dx

I can confirm when I get home, but I believe you just pop the lens off with the tip of a small flat screwdriver or knife. Then there should be couple of 10 mm nuts visible. Remove the nuts and the housing will fall out. Pull the wire connector apart and you're finished.
