Default What will be my best set up for two step?

I have a 2000 honda civic si with a b18c in. Plan on upgrading the ecu and wondering what I should get 2step programed too?

mods done to the car:
short ram with k&n filter
dc sport header
greddy evo catback
aem fuel pressure regulator
ngk spark plug wires
drop engineering motor mounts
avid torque mounts
stage 2 clutch lightweight flywheel
skunk2 alpha 70mm tb
double a traction tires mounted on 16x7.5 racing hart cp-10

I have practiced launching my car and I feel the best launch point for me to have a good amount of traction has been at 2500-2700.

I thought the whole point of 2 step was to be able to hold a high rev and get launch?

My buddy has his set as 6k

there is no best. every car and driver is different. play with points and see what works for you.

well I'm socketing and chipping the ecu I mean yes I can have it tuned etc and eventually change 2 step but I want to get it out of the box and be ready to just pnp.

So should I set it to 4500 and recover at like 3000?

Yes it does and I completely understand but I've only practiced with my car launching and my best launch point would be 2500-2700 I'm just trying to understand what I should tell the person to set up the two step and recovery etc

My understanding is you set the RPM you want to hold at then set the fuel and ignition cut to be the same RPM. Then you set the speed at which you want the engine to rev fully at.

Right makes sense so I guess it would be a safe bet to ask the tuner to set it to 3500 rpm and to recovery at 2700 so I can then launch ill prolly set it more then 3500 but still recover at around the same rpm

You want the recovery to be the same as the cut......why drop the recovery so low? You would have a gigantic fall....would sound like a stock fg....not good.
