got a polyurethane intake gasket for my d16y8 do I need gasket sealer??
polyurethane. polyurethane. polyurethanepolyurethanepolyurethane
I assume you're talking about the intake manifold gasket? No, you don't need hondabond. Get a service manual before you start turning any wrenches - it plainly says when you should and shouldn't use hondabond.

make sure you completely remove the OEM gasket off before putting on the new gasket, or you will get a nasty vacuum leak.
