In a 6th gen clearance typically is not an issue. I remember seeing several H2B guys running skunk2 manifolds, but that H2B swap tilts the motor/intake manifold forward, so that probably makes clearance a bit better too.
Have you considered other intake manifolds? Or just getting your ported? People have had really good numbers on ported OEM manifolds, then you wouldn't need to worry about clearance.
Try and edit your posts to add information, instead of making a whole new one a few minutes later. It makes it easier to read and saves the forum from clutter.

Why did you bother making a thread and wasting our time? You've basically already bought a skunk2 manifold and you just want us to affirm your purchase.
I hope you enjoy knowing that all your parts match. You're clearly not concerned with having the best performing part over making sure they're all from the same company.
I've got news for you, most well-built cars might have 1 MAYBE 2 parts from the same company. People typically buy what is best per dollar spent, not because they're fanboys.

The H22 skunk2 manifold is junk as far as fit and performance goes. Without getting into too much detail the Golden Eagle manifold is the best performing 'off-the-shelf' manifold for FI.
I hope you have alot of hair so there's plenty to pull out when you install and test that skunk2 manifold

Skunk2 IM on a straight H22 swap in an EK will not fit. I tried it. If you relocate the brake prop valve, fuel lines/filter, it may work. Don't hold me to that though.
Either GE, or find a Euro R manifold from rosko racing.

Buy your skunk2 manifold like you were going to anyway. A custom Rosko manifold or a GE would probably fit better and make more power, but you probably don't care because you've got 700whp to make.
I'll believe it when I see it.
Most people making that kind of horsepower don't ask kids on the internet for their arbitrary opinion.
Like I care how fast your car is? +500 internets to you for having a nebulous "faster car." Has it ever occured to you that I don't WANT a fast car? I spent $2250 on a transmission, if I just wanted to go fast I could have bought a $500 b16 transmission and gotten a full valvetrain upgrade and made 30-50 more whp. But I don't care.
