SOLVED
b13 yellow/green wasnt fully inserted EPIC

I have a 2000 civic ex... i did the auto/manual conversion
I kept the old auto ecu in... i finally got the manual one
i swapped the auto ECU with the Manual one.. Now the car wont start.
I even put auto one back in and no luck... i checked a few fuses hoping it was something simple but didnt find anything..
any help would be much apperciated

only CEL i got was 70-automatic transmission problems

can you give us exact code off the side of both ecu's? do you have the harness plugged in correctly? a manual ecu will only have 3 of 4 plugs used/available - A,B,C. While the auto has all 4 - A,B,C,D
