Default Failing E-test SO BADLY!

My etest up here in toronto, canada is up for renewal, and it would seem im failing it miserably. I have a gen3 DOHC ZC in my EF with a pm7, so thats all as its supposed to be. that being said, im failing more than 3 times what i am allowed.
Given that my fuel economy is so shitty, the exhaust smells so rich and a slight popping in the exhaust at idle, i think one of the injectors is stuck open, and just basting the engine with fuel constantly. So thats no good lol.

I was wondering if there is anything I should be changing over with my ZC swap into a 91 Si to make it work right? Also, this would not be a symptom of poor timing, would it?

Thank you in advance for the help, if there is anything else you would like to know about the problem, lemme know. Thanks All.

Yup, code 11. You posted on my pther thread as well lol.
But i mean, im failing CO levels at 1200ppm when it should be 200ppm. I cant imagine the lack of a ima sensor is *ucking me over that badly??
