I like it, but I still get sick to my stomach with the over-the-top aggressive EM1/CTR lip knockoff.

It's like: "OMG HAI I'M AN EM1 SPOILER FROM EBAY

Also, I'd kick whichever body shop painted the lower grill blue when it should be black.

 

In the first place it's a lip not a "WING", in the second place a great crap load of em1's have the lower grill painted with the color of the car, and in the third place that lip is looong gone, and i have an oem lip ready for paint to go on my car.

 

still looks dumb

other then the above mentioned, looks fine to me.

 

That's how I bought the car, and I like it, but everyone has their own opinion of course, and thanks for the compliments.

 

As I said, looks great. Just tired of the overly obvious knock-off lips. OEM lips aren't very expensive. And I very seldom see the lower grill matched to the car, that makes no sense.

 

i see them painted often but ya, i'm not a fan of the lip either. That's why i got rid of it and i'm putting an oem lip on it

 

I see them painted too... on super cheap single stage craptastic paint jobs. Do everyone a favor and save up for a clean OEM front bumper. It's a dead giveaway that it was painted cheaply. Other than the fake lip already mentioned, it looks clean. I love EBP when it's clean.

 

Not the greastest picture, but an oem chin spoiler and stock non painted front grill give a clean and timeless look

I'm with the other guys that already mentioned the aftermarket knockoff lip. It just ruins the whole car for me and looks awful.

That EM1 would look so much nicer with the grills painted black and the OEM lip. I hate the knockoff lips with a passion.

Thanks for the compliments, and like I have said before, that lip is looong gone! I have an oem front lip that's going on there soon, and I just bought an oem rear lip for $200. And the lower grill does look good black, but that is how I bought my car.

 

I recently completely changed the look of my car. Lmk what you guys think.
