2000 Honda Civic SE 4 dr, Canadian car, has driving lights stock.

Background - Installed HID Lo-beam Xenon conversion kit. Noticed the driver side headlight would not come on with the HID. Thought it was the bulb or ballast. Changed and was working fine. Last night, I heard a little "zzzit" and Now the drivers side HID headlight won't come on. I troubleshot it by checking the bulb and ballast individually. Both works fine on passenger side. And the passenger side HID lights work fine too. I also pluged a normal H4 bulb into the driver side plug and it did not come on. I believe the power from the drivers side stock headlight plug or wire(s) has been compromised.

My questions are:
* Is there a separate driving light relay for the driver and passenger side? where is it?
* Can I run a wire from the passenger side headlight plug (series) to power the driverside?
* Do I have to buy a new headlight wiring harness? Any tips on how to uninstall and install?
