A Z6 is vtec, but did you buy a D16z6 pump?

A vtec pump could be anything, and doesn't use ****.

A Z6 is a Z6. At this point what car it's in doesn't matter.

Thats wonderful. Grow up. I can't remember every single fing engine Honda ever made and what car it came in USDM or JDM. If people want any kind of help they need to be more specific. My first car had a D16Y8. That's the only D series engine I know off hand.

Calm down dude.
The car is this case simply does not matter.

I am glad you know how to work google though.

Edit- Who cares if you can't remember what engine came in what car. No one expects you to know everything.

when it comes to things like pumps and belts, it's usually best to go with oem from the dealership. it may be more expensive but at least you know it works.

The D6Z6 engine is a VTEC, but a lot of time that term was used for the B16 (DOHC) engine.
