d16z6 water pump does not fit?
hello all i have a 94 civic ex it has a d16z6 engine someone told me its vtec so i got a vtec water pump and it is different than the one that came out and wont fit. i am genuinely lost any help would be appreciated and returned in good karma .
i just re checked the new one and i think they shipped the wrong pump the engine does say d16z6 on it but i have no idea what vtec is or does im pretty ignorant to this stuff still
Thats wonderful. Grow up. I can't remember every single fing engine Honda ever made and what car it came in USDM or JDM. If people want any kind of help they need to be more specific. My first car had a D16Y8. That's the only D series engine I know off hand.
Calm down dude. The car is this case simply does not matter.
I am glad you know how to work google though.

Edit- Who cares if you can't remember what engine came in what car. No one expects you to know everything.

when it comes to things like pumps and belts, it's usually best to go with oem from the dealership. it may be more expensive but at least you know it works.
