LS Swap No Spark
hey guys i have a 90 STD civic hatch with an LS swap. Did the mpfi conversion and and bought a jumper harness to convert to obd1. Problem is no spark and ive nearly checked everything. Known working distributor and ecu, checked dpfi-mpfi wiring with multimeter, replaced ignition swtich and main relay with working ones and all grounds are fine. I'm getting fuel, compression, and timing is dead on. Just no spark, so any suggestions? I'm thinking it has to be a short or something messed up with the wiring, but any suggestions help! Thanks
did the mpfi conversion work before you did the swap, or did you do the mpfi conversion at the same time?
No spark can easily be caused by the small 2 wire plug on the distributor not being plugged in all the way or the wires swapped for some reason. Otherwise, unless you cut/depinned the wrong wires, there should not really be a reason why you have no spark. The most common problem is getting c1/c2 swapped which will cause a code 9..

why did this go TTT without any feedback on what you tried. We can't magically fix your car over the internet unless you are using the scientific method to rule things out and provide us feedback.
did you hook up your O2 sensor? did you check the distributor plug I mentioned? Or are you just going to bump the thread and annoy everyone who is trying to help?

Woah woah I'm not trying to annoy anyone. I already said all my multipoint wiring checks out ok and my grounds are all good. Distributor plugs are fine but haven't got an o2 sensor yet but it would still run without it. Only reason I bumped the thread was because it was on the 3rd page and nnobody looks that far back. Gonna test my wiring from the ignition switch to distributor and see it that checks out ok. Weird thing was it ran before so I'm just confused why it has no spark at all now.
Distributor literally just came off a running car, and mpfi wiring is all good. I'm thinking it has to be a wiring issue but not the mpfi stuff. I just need to test the ignition switch wiring I think
Oh **** that's crazy haha small world. And thanks I appreciate the input, but ya I checked all fuses multiple times. Just gonna have to keep tracing and checking all wiring related to having spark
