em1 tranny?

Hey i have a 2000 Em1 and it will not go into 5th gear does it need to be rebuilt , replaced or is there something else?

Get a replacement trans w/ lsd
Take the broken one to get fixed
Keep it as a spare or sell it to recoupe some of the money spent

"Does not go into 5th" is obscenely vague. Won't even try to go into gear? Grinds? Any other gears?
