I bought a obd 0 to obd 1 harness and my car was showing code 4 so put a new dizzy on its still throwing code 4. What should I check? The car runs alot better with the new dizzy but still throwing the code. Thanks for your help.

yes I did reset the ecu

 

I have rest the battery 3 times and it still shows a code 4 any other ideas why the code 4 is still flashing? I guess I can try another dizzy.
