Default Radiator support changing

Well not having my civic for over a month some *** hat pulled out in front of me and ruined the front end. So now my question is. How hard is it to replace the radiator support on a car. And also is there a write up anywhere on how to do so?

Default Re: Radiator support changing

its work but can be done and look great!

you need to first located a strong drill i prefer the cord style less down time waiting on battery charging and pick up a few spot weld drill bits.

Proceed to drill out every spot weld on the support there are tons try and drill them clean it will help in the reassembly process. as for the new support some weld them on others use bolts i bolted mine on in 4 spots reassembled my front end somehow it lined up perfect so i welded it up and just left the bolts in PM if you have anymore questions. I'm on my cell phone posting and its not easy remembering every detail but there is hope!
