New DD. Or maybe a new project?

Was up people! I just picked up my brother's old 97 Accord wagon to get around town. I never owned one before and I think they are cool.
Here's the specs:
1997 Accord LX
230k on shell
leather interior
5 spd
Ground control/KYB AGX
Enkie NT03
Fugen lip (hoping to find an Azect or Greddy lip so I can take this one off)
sounds

Debating whether just use it as DD for winter or start sinking money into it.

I would definitely say it'd be a fun project car. K24's are a fairly easy swap, and it'd be a fun run-around car then.

Thanks! I don't if I want to spend that much money into a swap like that, it would be sweet for sure though. Maybe an H22. Honestly, I think I just want to do the bodywork, spraying it and get other wheels for now. Is still going to be my daily, I have a 2 yr old son and I need the room.
