Default '07 Si Retune

New to the Civic Si club so bare with me. I have 2007 Civic Si Sedan, sitting at at 75k. So far I have installed an AEM short ram intake, 3inch Catback Skunk2 exhaust and installing a Blackworks Tri-Y Header on friday. I am looking to get my car retuned and wondering what the best route is to do this, take it to a shop with a dyne and have it tuned? Also what type of gain could I expect with the Intake/Header/Exhaust

Get a flashpro and take it to a shop with a dyno and let them rip on it.

A cheaper route might be to get an e-tune (you need FlashPro of course). I always recommend VitViper from http://www.e-tunez.com.
