what is spoon

I know this is not a tech question but I can't find the exact spot to post it. What is spoon there is spoon style this and that. spoon engine. I'm new to hondas and just wondering

Spoon is an often replicated, never duplicated sport compact enthusiast shop in Japan. Obscenely expensive, and highly sought after by certain JDM purists.

Personal opinion, not worth the money.
