Power or Looks? Just a quick question..
My Si is kind of barren. No fogs, no under body spoiler, curb rashed wheels, paint chips starting to accumulate on the hood.
I have about 800 dollars and I can either go with FlashPro or get an OEM front under spoiler, take it to a detail shop and have the chips fixed, and some other misc. cosmetic touches. Which would you do? Thanks.

Definitely not fix the minor appearance issues. From the picture (and people seeing it on the street), it looks good. You're probably the only one seeing those problems and you'll get more anyways.
I'm with Dave, I'd get suspension. Long time no see Dave. :D

As for the paint chips, I'd just live with it. You'll be accumulating new chips even after painting.
If you want to improve performance, then tighten up the suspension. No need for crazy (and pricey) coilovers, where I'm assuming you're not experienced in dialing in the right settings anyway. Go with the HFP suspension, Progress Rear Sway Bar, and any brand (I went with Megan) underside H-Brace. This is the set up Honda should have gone with on an Si. If people say there isn't much to improve from stock, then they have no clue.
The HFP suspension isn't that expensive?
My list of stuff I planned on doing
HFP kit
Fog lights
Racing header
Intake
FlashPro
09 Si wheels or Slip Streams
Falken tires
and I wasn't even thinking about other suspension components, but I guess I should at least lower it.

About half the price of a half decent coilover system, ...and it's (the coilovers) garbage if you don't know how to dail in the right settings.
If you're going for a lowered look, you ain't gonna get it with the HFP Suspension. You'll just go from 4X4 look to 4X2. Only way to make it "look" half decent is going with black wheels, ...as I have done. The HFP Suspension is for Hellafunctional and no where near Hellaflush. It's up to you what direction you want to go. Some people like apples and some like oranges. It keeps us humans from being robots off an assembly line.

Next, get good tires, if you don't have the optional summer tires. The factory all-seasons suck. Even a set of high-performance all-seasons would make a big difference. When I replaced my stock all-season tires on my '08 Si with Kumho Ecsta ASX (high-performance all-season), the handling improved by a lot. The Kumhos were a lot better in the snow as well, as I took my car skiing a few times and had to drive through some snowy/icy roads.
I appreciate all the help, guys. I'll order the front lip since I can get it for $300 installed down the street. It seems like everyone is for suspension next, so how about some Tein S-Techs? Don't they drop it about an inch? (Really don't want to spend the cash on coil overs)
After that, some sexy Flat Black Rota Slip Streams and then FlashPro..

Maybe because I don't say anyone specific, ...as in I don't see me quoting anyone, ...and maybe the use of the word "if" should clue in that one may make mention of it at some point as usual, maybe not on this forum since there are a good number of Civic forums out there.

Get a flashpro. That way, you've got a basis for further modding. You can flash new maps for each power mod you do after that.
Aside from that, get a clear bra to stop any further chipping on the front.
