Default rocker panels?

i was just wondering if anyone knows a place you can order replacement rocker panels for civics? i have a 92 cx and the rockers are pretty much gone........ so's the quarters i found a place that sells the quarter panels for 40 a piece and their catalog shows rockers but says na right next to it so im just wondering if anyone knows where to buy rocker panels or if i have to get sheet metal and make my own..... thanks

Straight from Honda. You might have to buy it in section though. Only way to find out is call them

If its really that bad then buy a new car and swap your parts. I fixed some small rust spots that turned into massive rust holes. So if yours looks bad its probably frame damage. Show us some pics.

I can be a pain to replace and there always seems to be more rust than planned.

i tried to fix rusty rocks on a 98 VW jetta. the replacement rockers do not fit 100% (unless they are factory direct). furthermore if it is rusty at the weld seam, you have to add metal.

It ends up being a big job. With my situation, you could buy a rust free car from certain parts of the country and drive it home. Swapping your motor and things over will be WAY less labor. I dont think rust repair is "fun" like other car projects, and cutting time in the job is the most important thing to me.
