I am in the middle of the engine swap and I noticed the f23a has a longer dipstick than the f23a1, both dipstick tubes are the exact same length and the pans are both the same depth. I know the rotating assembly is the same so I was thinking of using the shorter stick to help make sure I have plenty of oil, but I'm not sure.
