To remove and sell recently installed new replacement airbag in honda accord 94 model before car is to wreckers, is it best for resale if steering wheel is available as well?

Thanks for reply but car wrecker just came for car. Didnt know about honda tech help forum searching around on web this morning. Bad luck this time around it has been an expensive purchase that had to be made spending $1000 on a new airbag having it installed and then only using the car for about another 6 months before car decided to give up! $50 return from wreckers!!! Couldnt get any interest in its parts when enquiring with wreckers only the guy who took it for the $50.
