edm rear bumper on us car
Pics will help bro.. Btw can you give me sum info on how I can get one also..ive been trying to get one for awhile but all I get are flakes who say they will ship it but then never pm me back!
can you post a pic of the back of the bumper, specifically, of the crash beam?
if the crash beam isn't attached to the bumper skin yet, you could get a universal mounting bracket, and use self tapping screws to attach that to your crash beam then mount your plate up.

Why don't you use a "license plate re-locator", such as the password JDM one. I'm sure you can find a no name brand one for 1/4 of their price, lol. I can't post images, but you could simply use google. (:
if the cops in your area arent picky just put it in your hatch window, thats what i had to do, because i my bumper mounts are rusted out, so im pretty sure my bumper is gonna fall off someday
1. Your missing the area where the plate would go...need to make something to go there.
2. The Euro/JDM bumpers have ALOT less actuall crash beam...if your ok with being screwed in an accident, put it on as is and make something out of flat bar to mount the plate to. Shouldnt be hard to get a piece of flat bar drill some holes in it bolt the plate onto it and bolt it to the bumper...I would try and figure a way to reinforce that bumper though.
