can a 1998-2001 rear hatch fit on a 1994-1997?

rear glass broke on the girlfriend's car, looking for a hatch, want to know if this will work.

If anyone has one around Rock Island, Illinois then PM me.

There are 8 G3 within 100 mile of Hammond, there are 2 95s at the Hamond PicknPull, the other 6 are at the Wadsworth PicknPull.

May be worth the trip, hatch with glass for cars are $50, I would put a list together of other things you may need, maybe something some friends may need so you can offset the cost of fuel for the trip, [just over 400 miles round trip]. 94

I'm also looking at the lexan rear windows. They're like $280. Not approved for street cars, but they could pass as stock and they're cheaper than glass.

It would be the price for the hatch, gas there and back, I'd have to take off work... If it were my car, it would be pretty tempting to just make the car a weekend car and just go with the Lexan.

We found one local for 100. There's not many around at all, so finding one quickly was more important than getting it for the very lowest possible. Still, it's cheaper than even the cheapest glass place that wanted 400 plus disposal or whatever other fees.

 

$100 is pretty good, $50 plus gas will definatly be more.

A 3 hr trip would only be worth it if you could make it worth your while by getting other parts and if you had another reason to go there, or go someplace, [day trip]. 94
