wiring h2b in 91 dx
Hey guys I'm looking to do a H2B swap in my 91 DX and since I'm going dpfi to mpfi and obd0 to obd1 I'm going to need some things. Now I've never messed around with wiring other then a wire tuck on the driver side so I'm not 100% confident about doing it myself. Just looking for some advice on skill level needed to pretty much just not screw it up.
Have you even tried this new thing called google? What is with you young folk now adays? Back when we were doing the first swaps in cali 1996 we would lay out harness side by side with complete factory schematics that were acquired by a buddys hondatech father. We would go through hell just to crack vtec and you kids won't even type "crx wiring obd1 to vtec" a huge amount of info and step by step drawings that we would have killed for back then. And you guys just open a new thread every week, every damn week....
Pretty simple. Same process as any other mpfi conversion and obd1 upgrade. Vtec and distributor wiring will be in swapped locations (compared to a b series) same goes for idle air control valve (if you go with a stock manifold)
If you've never done an mpfi swap take your time and do all the research and make sure you have everything ready.
I've done a couple of H swap harnesses.

Yeah I looked through the faq's and seen some diy. I've learned it all looks easy when your looking at pic's of someone doing it that has done it 100 times.
beansandrice:Dont be so angry especially when a reference to google is irreverent when I didn't ask "how to" I asked how hard. But I duly note you use google a lot.

the H2b swap in this chassis is difficult over all but rywire is a huge help you should deff check that out, ive also been talking to a guy who can prob help you out check out explicitspeedperformance.com his h22 crx is really nice
I've gotten quite a bit of information from that site but had never contacted them. I'll be sure to contact them to try and limit my threads. Sorry if I came off as a slacker in doing my own research.
