Default Prelude Barbie's Dad needs help

I know from a few reply's that some of you know my daughter. We need some help...her little Red 4th gen Prelude has been sitting for 2 years after her tags got yanked during a stop. Lapse of insurance, inspection tickets and a few other things led to $2,000 in fines. Finally ready to get her tags back and the power steering isn't working. It took all the strength to turn the wheel getting it into the garage. Once up on stands the wheel turns freely in both directions. Started it up to see if there was flow back into the reservoir and the wheel went quickly to the left. Grabbed it and tried to turn back to the right and no go...
Reach out & help us solve this so she can get her car back on the road...

That or you can buy a reman for like $75-$80 from a local parts store. When the car is running is there a whining noise at all? In my 4th gen i had a nasty leak in one of my hoses and the thing with out ps fluid would whine something terrible. I added fluid it made it better for a little bit til i lost the fluid again. Repaired a hose and its just fine now. How's the level on your reservoir?
