What should I do with my LMA's?
On a 650-750hp GSR build. What should I do about Lost Motion Assembly's also called Lifters? I do plan to run S2 Pro1's and occasional street driven. Can someone give me a part number for the very best option! Thanks in advance all

yeah h22's are 7.06$ cost so 8.47$ my cost. thats obsured being there almost the same size! were would you find a shim to work that would fit in that hole?
I am needing some for my GSR too.....Id almost rather pay the extra $$ for the correct part just to be sure that it is done right...even though that price difference is rediculous!
i remember along time ago lol like 2006 my friends b16 lmas went bad, well making alot of ****ing noise, so we got him itr lma's lmfao i think they ran him like 330 for all 8 or something like that lol
i am
but not the "killer" cams the big boys run. dont need that much lift to need that setup. they said they could cut me a set with the vtec profile on the low cam lobe and make the vtec lobe 0 lift. so they will be vtec killers but can still use all factory rockers and not have the vtec lobe compressing 2 springs.

The new design lma's are all spring type. They don't make the hydro version anymore. And yes the y22's are spring type. So if you have hydro type lmas they are the old style. I'm going with the h22 knave and using a shim for shear cost diffrence. All they do is hold pressure on the vtec litter so they dont rattle when not in vtec. It's not like they have this huge roll in your valve terrain. I'm fine with saving 20$ per lma and using a shim.
