Who does your tuning?
So i have been looking for a good tuner that can do hondata s300 in the Norcal area...I know there are some similar topics but most are outdated...
I have only had my car tuned 2 times one at modacar and one at Parris engine dynamics, (both with same parts other than exhaust) I liked the tune better at PED car ran strong...Since PED moved to Socal i have considered
Dynospot Racing
DNR
Tech 3
but would like some input before i make a decision, I haven't found many useful reviews... got some new parts on the car and need it tuned soon
Modacar about 153hp/109tq

PED (i didnt get a print out but i did manage to record one of the last runs) but it ended up at 170hp/119tq once the car cooled off

I go to DNR, I had a friend tune his turbo gsr at dynospot w/ considerable power and no issues with daily use, i see people who go to blacktrax at thunderhill all the time... so they must be doing something right
buddy had his car tuned by Paul at rev tech in sacramento made amazing power on a stock lsv on 14psi 428hp but i heard he closed shop???Can someone confirm that?
I went to PED but like you said he moved to socal ;( and now im too looking to get a retune since my cars settings was saved on low boost(14psi) and cant get a hold of Derrick to email me my high boost map fml lol, my car made 665hp401tq on 25psi looking to boost 30psi now since i have a built trans and twin disc, and ill be coming from Reno,Nv

Ryan at Tech3 has been tuning my friends and my car for almost the past decade and I wouldn't go to anyone else to tune a high hp turbo car. But you really can't go wrong with Dynospot, DNR or Tech3
how is DNR you like the way your car turns out?
Im looking for something for daily driving, and 1/4 mile track nights for fun, i am just trying to get the most performance and out of my car, with reliability...As of now i am thinking DSR but not 4 sure yet...i still have to get on the phone and see who is more reasonable

I will tell you that dynos read differently I had my car tuned at Modacar and at Chads in Modesto, my numbers were different, I now own the dyno from Modacar so I hear it all the time about numbers, Honestly they are just numbers, I have been around many tuners, Casey is by far the best at what he does he concerns himself with how you as the owner treat your car, I would hate for you to leave and ten minutes later your motor blows, with that being said Ryan is a great tuner, Dave is a great tuner, Casey is a great tuner, it really depends on what your looking for......but if you choose Holla we are a Hondata Authorized Dealer and fair in pricing.....

Good my car runs great...airfuel is nice and flat no dips at all...the only thing is I had some Mickey Thompson ET tires on my rims and the tuner said that migh affected my numbers....idk why, so I looked it up online and it happens to a lot of people with those tires, but I'll see in sac if it runs any better
Phaphon you made a mistake goin to dnr... Just got done retuning @enginetiks by Casey...dude is badass, knows his **** and fair priced ohh and the main thing he knows how to make big power!
I just went to dnr to get my car up and running I was getting dents and people keying my car so I had to get it out asap imma be looking for a retune though I think dnr did a good job hooked me up and didn't male a pull till they got my car to idle correctly I made 241 whp and 178 tq and I told him to be conservative on a 40 trim turbo with a 48 ar turbo sucks imma look for a better turbo before i retune
