clutch in brakes in rpms go up

When I have the clutch pedal in and foot on the brakes my rpms go up

Check valve is working

Brake booster 2years old

Any ideas

High possibility the brake booster failed. It could also be your electrical system. Have you checked for vacuum leaks or your charging system?

Ill check vac leaks

And charging systems good just had everything checked

How high does the idle go up when you do this? It should slightly raise with the sudden change in vacuum.

mine does the same thing .. mine is due to a bad booster .

I lost a nut on the brake booster so it was moving tje pedal.assembly

Put a new new tightened the other three problem solved

) Odd, problem to have though - it's not good when your nuts fall off.
