OEM b18c spark plug wires? date?
i have some brand new oem honda wires and the date says 2006. are these still good or are they bad?

They're fine. It's in-use stress that's bad for them.
I don't think Honda has made new wires for these engines since about 2008, which is the newest I come across when I order them. And since wire sets are no longer available for many older models, you're likely to get a mix of ages when you order the wires individually.
The only real problem with such old "new" dates is that you need to remember that you didn't actually install them in 2006.

car feels jerky under 2.5krpm and when i put it in neutral it tends to stall out or drop rpm to 200rpm surging too. only when its warm will it surge and stall out.
i am going to check the coil ohm too. i might need one of those but it runs great upper rpm. if i give it gas it pulls nice. so im hoping it doesnt need a new dizzy. because thats $$$$
car stalls out to when i unplug the iacv. i was going to set the base idle and when i did it just stalls. thers no vac leak idles fine until it gets warm.
if you have any info about failing dizzy's and cap & rotor lmk.
