So i have an 88 CRX dx and it was stolen back in october, the stereo was one of the things stollen and it looks like the just ripped it out and cut the harness. so this is my issue.

My clock, lighter, door chime, and interior roof light intermittently work and when they do decide to work it is only when the headlights are on... and when i turn on the headlights the seatbelt light flashes 4 times on the dash...

CAN ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION? please and thank you
