91 accord radiator fans stay on
I have a 91 Honda accord lx. my problem is the fans. I had the car for about a month now and 2 nights ago I was sitting outside my house with the car running and I noticed that the temperature gauge kept going up. I turned it off at 3/4 on the gauge. It was 11 at night so couldn't tell if the fans was running or not because it was dark and i didn't hear them. the next morning I was at work and I read on there that you can jump the coolant temp switch to turn on the fans. I tried that and nothing came on. I hooked power directly to the fans and they work. after checking relays and fuses I found out the radiator fan fuse was missing. so I put a new one in and the radiator fan came on. but the condensor one didn't and they was constantly running with the ignition off. I found out that the previous owner disconnected the condensor fan relay. Because he has a new power steering pump and hose so he probably forgot he did it. So I hooked it back up and it came on.
Here is my problem when the car is completely off and both temp sensors A and B are disconnected the radiator fan won't turn off. When the ignition is on the condensor fan turns on and won't turn off unless i turn the ignition off. Someone told me its probably the Fan timer control module. because when I disconnect it the fans turn off. but the problem is with it disconnected and I jump the switches for tempature they won't come on.
So Should I replace the module or disconnect the blue wire like it says in some of the threads. but if I disconnect the blue wire will it actually work with my problem? because the one that cut his wire had the reverse problem that I had. His fans wouldn't come on and mine stay on and won't go off.
I'm worried because the the wiring is way up there and if it doesn't work I'll catch hell trying to fix the wire I cut. I'm going to the junk yard to hopefully get a module tomorrow but wanted to post on here first to see what everyone thinks is the best way to go about it.
I'm also replacing my thermostat, fan switches, coolant, and seatbelt module tomorrow.

yeah pretty sure. I finally got it to turn on the condensor fan to turn on and off when its suppose to when hot. but still the radiator fan keeps running constanty. Might have to just tie both fans together so they work at the same time.
