Icon2 Should I buy it? HELP! 96 GSR

So I found a 1996 Acura Integra GSR at the local auction yard. Certificate is Salvage Vehicle. I am not worried about the salvage, I have seen the damage and it is just the busted up front bumper. The car runs and drives. Sounds great too! So what do you guys think I should do? Buy it, or no.

I figured out the numbers. This is what it will cost to get the car fixed and titled.

Vision Buddy Club II Style Full 4 Piece Body Kit - $370.00
or just the front bumper for $130...
Body Kit...

Air Bag Modules - $90.95
Air Bags

Windshield $165.00 United Glass

VIN Inspection $18.50 MT DMV - My Dad can do this, so the hassle doesnt even exist haha.

Title Transfer $10.00 MT DMV

Grand Total = $656 + Paint for body kit...

Then the cost of the plates. Which isn't much on a car this old.

Here are the pictures...

Yes mileage is 137,894 I checked it. I also started the vehicle, rev'd it, and then drove it backwards and forwards and around a bit. I double checked the engine. It is a B18C1 for sure.

VIN: JH4DC2389TS000902

So here are the mods that I saw on it.
1. Random Intake. Stock manifold- I think...
2. DC looking 4-2-1 exhaust manifold.
3. Exhaust - has cat converter.
4. MSD Ignition box, coil, and distributor. - I know I know....
5. Nice plug wires...
6. Pinoeer Stereo and RF Speakers lol - I dont care.
7. Not bad looking 18 inch rims, no idea what they are? anyone know?
8. Toyo tires... 70% tread.
So it is a 5 - speed... Black good body minus the front bumper, I mean really really good, not a dent that I found. It has the sun/moon roof. Black interior and exterior. Leather Seats. Power seeming everything...

So what do you all think I should pay for this bad boy? Auction is on this coming Monday the 19th.. So please help me decide!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!

I wouldn't go over 3k for it. I say around 2.5k is decent.

Awesome. I am really leaning for it. Then I can make my JDM B18C swapped CRX my track only beast!

If I do get it I will of course have a build thread of cleaning it and making it all work for sure!

This will be converted to the build thread. Dont worry tech is coming. But I am not a integra guy, so I need input on good buy or no.

The GSR motor would be worth around 2,000ish just as a complete swap. A clean titled GSR around here is worth around 5-5.5k so I would pay 3500-3800 max for that car if your putting 600ish into repairs putting the value of the car as a salvaged vehicle at about 4600 max in excellent condition.

If you do get this, don't put a kit on it. I would take another 1,000 off if I was buying it and it had a kit. That money could be spent on better things IMO.

Yeah I know about the swap and what it costs I have one So I hear you there. I would like to just put a stock front bumper on it. But if I cant find one at a decent price that kit i linked doesn't look that ricey it is fairly stock.

The title will be rebuilt, so not salvaged MT is awesome about that. You wont know the difference unless you search the VIN on carfax lol.
