Default my 1993 eg starts to shake at speeds 65mph

What do I need to do to fix it. About how much will it cost?

wheels out of balance?
drive shaft issue maybe?

yea wheels out of balance will get fixed for free when you buy new rubber

If I buy the rims n take it to a shop to install new tires on they do it for free

Fail!!! You need to elaborate is what you need to do, as well as call your local shop and ask them if they will do it for free. How are we suppose to have that information? We are here to help not hold your hand!!!

How is your OP going to help in any way to help inform us of your problems. Wheel balance would be the most common issue but it could be a bent rim, a worn bushing, ect...

If you want help... You need to help us to help you!!!
