So I got a text from this guy yesterday asking if I was still interested in buying a CRX shell. Granted I already have one, he only wants $200 for this car! Says its only missing seats, door panels, engine, trans, and headlights. Says EVERYTHING else is there.

IF I do buy this car, I would have to strip it and put all the parts in my garage and just sell the shell for scrap. Does everyone think that I could use the parts I need and then just sell all the other parts? I don't even know what everything is worth. And any ballpark on what I could make parting the car? Easily you could sell a few parts, take some for your car recycle the shell and not lose out one bit I would get it as long as you get a title or legal bill of sale...

Prices always vary depending on condition how many others are for sale ect.. I usually base my pricing off of similar items that are for sale

 

If you buy it I'll pay good money for the rear wheel wells and rockers if you can cut them out and they are in good condition!

 

that's not very many usd... 200usd for a crx shell is a great deal. buy it and flip it.

edit - is that 200usd? or 200cad, or soem other currency?

 

I paid 100$ for the crx body I bought a few months ago, that was in the same condition as this one. I'd buy so long as its legal

 

I have enough spare parts to make a running car out of this... I'd just make a cheap dd out of it..
