What bumper reinforcement fits my 91 ef hatch?

What bumper reinforcement fits my 91 ef hatch?

I thought the 1990 one would fit but I can't get the holes to line up. So my question is, will only the 91 rear bumper reinforcement fit? And also could I use one from a crx or sedan? Thanks in advance

90-91 hatch should be the same (have same part no.) - 88-89 hatch are different

sedan and CRX will not fit

Thanks. apparently im blind though. the reason it didnt fit was cuz the previous bumper had rusted to the car and covered the holes.
