And those folks should probably not be removing the stock front end and installing a replacement that didn't meet US crash standards and includes blinding RHD headlamps...

If it's a show car, buy a welder and learn to use it. If it's a street car, don't ruin it like this.

^^^^ I totally agree. If someone wants to do mods to their cars, it better be as an improvement. I've seen too many shitty jobs of "front-end" conversions on Hondas because the owner is too cheap but want results in 2hrs. Of course, the end result is crap.

if u got the real jdm pieces yeah its pretty easy. The hard part is gonna be ur radiator support and bumper support. You have to cut and weld parts. I had my teg done by DTM autobody and they did a pretty nice job. labor for installation and paint cost around 2k. So you can def save some money if you do if urself.

The most difficult part really is the radiator support. I think I've seen a thread somewhere where someone just modified the existing radiator support to work.

What I did was just use the top 4" of the JDM radiator support as really that is all that is different from the USDM one.

Here are some pictures of the test fitting prior to welding. Please ignore the nasty engine bay.
