I bought this TSX this summer with a bad transmission. The transmission was rebuilt, but unfortunately there are also two other minor issues that I found out about later which I have no time to fix. If you are familiar with TSXs you may know that there is a TSB (technical service bulletin) about dimming radio and climate control lights. There is a part from Acura and instructions on how to fix it, but I just do not have the time and will not until summer. Also, two check engine lights come on constantly which include air/fuel and vehicle speed sensor. There is also a TSB for the Air/fuel code and instructions on how to fix this. Again, I just do not have the time until summer and I would rather get this car sold now than wait 3 months to fix it. Although it has high miles 170k), it is about as clean as I have ever seen one which is why I bought it in the first place even with a bad transmission. The transmission was rebuilt with factory honda/acura parts by a trained honda mechanic of 25 years. It works perfectly at this point. The car runs perfectly as well and it seems to maintain a full level of oil and antifreeze and does not smoke or make uncharacteristic noises.

The Bad:
- Needs tires (worn out but drivable)
- electrical issue with radio/climate control
- check engine light for air/fuel and vehicle speed sensor
- scratch in front bumper from being backed into by a trailer while it was sitting at the garage

The Good:
- Almost mint body-wise (all Vin #'s still attached and present)
- Great black leather interior
- Rebuilt transmission
- Engine that sounds and runs perfect
