Default 99 civic ex/CTR swap/00 Si engine harness/PCT ECU - starting problem

I have a 99 civic ex, CTR swap, 2000Si engine harness, and a PCT ECU. My car for some reason is not starting all the time. Last week it it wouldnt start and I got it jumped and it started right up, my assumption was the battery was bad, so I replaced the battery, it ran fine for two days. next day no start , so I figured the alt is bad and had been running off the battery. so I charged the battery and pulled the alternator, I replaced the alt, a day goes buy and it dies again............... wtf, so I try getting jumped and nothing. so I hit the starter a few times and it fires right up...... runs good again, now I drove for a few hours today, and went to the store came out and it did not start again fml. so I pulled the starter and had it checked and it passed at vatozone 3 times. I came back put the starter in and it fired right up, please help, whats my next trouble shoot?

check your grounds and also check batt voltage with no leads on batt then put leads on see if you have something draining your batt

I checked the grounds, chassis-trans, rad support- valve cover and engine harness-thermostat housing. They were all replaced with chasebays grounds like a year ago.

Since you're replacing parts at random might as well finish things up by replacing the starter.
