Hey people I need some help here....

I cant decide on what wheel size to get I currently have 16x7 +42 but I'm thinking of going with a 15x7 + 30. The look that I'm going for is to just a light tuck of my tires under the fender but at the same time don't want to be slammed down to the ground, I worry if i go with the 15x7 and run a 205 50 15 this may put me too low
If i decide to go with the 16x7 i plan on running a 205 45 16 or a 205 40 16
please give me your thoughts or post up some pics of what you are running wheel are expensive and just want to make the right pick lol

The wheels I'm going to get are SSR type c in bronze and they are going on a 96 civic coupe

Ironically, the 205/50/15's are taller than your factory tire size. So, you'd sit slightly higher with them on. The 205/40/16's are slightly undersized, when compared to your factory tires. So they would be the worst choice to go with, given your requests. 205/45/16's are the tallest tires you've mentioned, and are just on the border of being too oversized for your car.

The best option for good tires would definitely be the 15x7 +30's.

 

If you go with 15's not 16's get wider wheels.
