Hey everyone, Well I am buying my first Honda CRX SI. It's a 91 and kinda in rough shape but from what I have read it is worth the investment. From what I have been told the main mechanical issue with it is the struts. The person selling it said she took it to a mechanic and he told her the bearings on the struts were going out. There is also a crack in the windshield that runs right across the middle horizontally. I have been looking online but I am finding windshields hard to find but maybe I'm not looking in the right spot. Any help, info, tips or tricks to get the most out of this awesome car would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Call a local auto glass company for windshield replacement. I live in Florida where my insurance company will cover the full cost of replacing my windshield.

Sounds like my first rex. +1 for local auto glass. Getting my windshield replaced costs about $115 a few years ago. Hang around in this section of the board, there is a ton of useful info on our cars. good luck and welcome!
