Default whats this plug for or go too???

so i had a lil' issue with my stereo today so i decided to open up the center console and i forgot that when i had first started working on my first crx resto-build i noticed this plug just dangaling around in the back of the old stereo and never knew what it was for or where it went.... so i snapped a couple pics right now from the mobile and well here they are, if anyone has a decent wiring diagram to help figure it out or where it even supposed to go that would be helpful im open to everything

its a four prong (female) connector and its not for the cigarete lighter either that is a 2 prong style connector

i also had another question regarding small hesitation here and there during idle!!!!
is it possible for the big hose thats on the intake to cause the hesitation problem proly from it being some sort of vacuum leak??? thats the only thing i havent hooked up right from all the vacuum hoses on the car/motor, i wantd to cut off the metal pipe that usually comes on em stack and replace it with a vacuum hose wide enough to fit both ends and call it day but not sure exactly if that will cause a driveability problem either... im trying to do everything as legitimate as possible because i wanna try to get this motor bar'd running a 99' si ecu

Look for what's not connected. If everything is fine tuck it back in there and forget about it. That plug might be for a car with ac, a factory clock etc.

Looks like cigarette lighter.

Clock should also be a 4 wire plug as well

On my 90 Si there's some sort of relay mounted to the back side of the metal frame work of the center dash. I'm not sure what it's for, but it may go to that.

Looks to me like the plug that powers the cigarette light ring and the ashtray light.
