S2000 AP2 OEM XM system for free, Trade me your GPW trunk
Location: DFW
I picked up my '07 GPW S2000 last fall from Oklahoma City.
The first owner had the dealership install an OEM XM Satellite Radio system. The setup actually worked for the first two months I had the car, until the previous owner cut off the service. Bonus for me. Fast forward to now, I don't use it and I want to remove the antenna from the trunk lid. Unfortunately the antenna is mounted to the trunk via a hole drilled and sealant, insert sad face.
I plan on taking my trunk to a body shop and having the hole filled and the lid repainted. Before I go that route, I will extend the offer of the XM system for free to anyone who would trade me a GPW trunk lid with no spoiler in equal condition. My trunk is in great shape, no spoiler, no dents, no scratches. The antenna's come silver from Honda, but mine is painted GPW and matches the car perfectly. I can help install it in your car as well, since I removed it from mine. It's a very simple install none the less. Anyone want an XM system for free?
I plan on keeping this up for the next month or so to see if anyone is interested. If not, off to the body shop I go. Help me help you!
