i have a 99 cvic ex coupe. and my cel light cam on that my o2 sensor was out. so i put a new one in and my cel light for the o2sensor is stil on(not sure the exact code butt it reads: "o2 heater sensor circuit malfunction bank 1" so not sure wat do i do or check next... thanks

also on my 96 civc ex. my power windor on passanger side just stopped working. checke fuses but all good.

You car has two O2 sensors. What exact code is thrown and which O2 sensor did you replace?

Run power and ground wires directly from the battery to the window motor. Does it run?
