Default 1996 LX Accord, Fuel Pressure Sensor Problem

I need to know if the 96-97 LX Accord is equipped with a fuel tank pressure sensor, if so, where is it?
I am having issues with a p0453 code since my vtec headswap and I think its because my car doesnt even have a ftp sensor.

I have read posts on this forum from people saying the LX models do have this sensor, however, I have thoroughly searched and cannot find it, and it is not listed on majestic honda as being on my car.

If I in fact do not have this sensor, does anyone have an ECU pinout schematic for the P0H-L02 showing where I would have to pin it in.

EDIT:
Here's what I have figured out so far.
IF, I do not have this sensor I will have to pin the 2nd or middle FTP pin, SG2 (GRN/RED) to ECU pin D11, and the 3rd FTP pin PTANK (GRN/RED) to ECU pin D15.
That just leaves out the first pin on the sensor, VCC2 (YEL/BLU), where should this one go?

Still looking for information about that first pin connector.

I am also considering trying a "hack" as a temporary fix to pass emissions.
If I can run a potentiometer inline between the D11 and D15 pins and set it to .5 volts I think I could trick the ecu into seeing a functional FTP signal.
From what I've read this isn't 100% reliable as the ecu likes seeing voltage variations from the FTP in response to the evap system purging.
The potentiometer would hold steady at whatever voltage I set it at all the time.

If anyone has a FTP for a 94-97 accord laying around, ill buy it.

I'll have this problem when I put a P0H ECU in my '96 LX wagon. I've found this: P0453 ECU Fix

To fool Civic/Integra ECUs into thinking there's an FTP sensor. IDK if Accord pinouts are the same. 10K pot tuned to 2.5v according to the website.

Thanks for chiming in, ya gotta love Katman.
I will be trying this if my local junkyard cant come up with an FTP sensor for me.
Also I found where that first VCC2 wire goes to D10 and looks like it supplies output voltage to the FTP sensor.

I just picked the FTP up from import auto salvage in denton for 40 bucks!!
The guys there didnt even know what it was and I had to show them where it was on the car.
They tried to give me a MAP and EVAP purge solenoid first
A little soldering and three pushpins and I should be good to go.

Roader, if you decide to use the hack with the pot I just wanted to mention that the first three set of ECU pin locations on the FF Squad page are correct for our car.

Same pinout is great to know! I have a feeling that I'll have to do the pot hack.

I hope your new FTP fixes your CEL.

Well I have hit a road-block on my way to an easy fix for this FTP sensor issue.
I expected not to find any wires from my stock (LX) wiring harness in the D15, D11 and D10 ECU pin locations as my car didn't use this pressure switch.

However, I did have wires in the D11 and D10 pin locations.

I figured they were for something else the LX used and removed them.
The problem is, when I wired in my new FTP sensor and fired it up, I got a solid MIL, no code flashes when the diagnostic connector was jumped.
This tells me something is wired wrong going to the ECU.

I double checked my wiring from the FTP to the ECU and I'm right on the connections where I should be.
I really need to know what the LX used in the D11 and D10 ECU locations.

If anyone has a service manual and could provide me with that info it would help alot, thanks!!

OK here is what I have found, the vcc2 and sg2 pins on the ecu are voltage sources and grounds for at least the tps and ftp sensors, so I cannot very well just run them to power and ground my FTP or I lose my tps.

I am going to have to splice into the sg2 and vcc2 wires at some location upstream on the engine harness from the ecu to run them to the FTP.
I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a power/ground distribution junction for these wires or if I should just splice in anywhere and then run them to my FTP.

Well I spliced and soldered in just upstream of the ecu.
Everything seems good to go for the time being, no codes.
It will be a day or so before the FTP would fire a code anyway so ill have to wait a bit to confirm there are no issues.

It's been over 80 miles, two days and still no CEL for either the FTP (code 91) or the EVAP purge (code 92)
It would appear the TPS and FTP are both getting along just fine sharing the vcc2 voltage supply from the ECU.
