Default 1998 Honda Prelude (with spare h22a)

First I would like to state that the best way to reach me is email or text

email: rob.mcmichael@gmail.com

What I've got:

Year: 1998
Make: Honda
Model: Prelude
Miles: 224,000
Trans: Manual

Price: 3000 obo

Description:
I am looking to get rid of my 1998 Honda Prelude (I really just need a car with better gas mileage as I'm switching jobs from one that is 10 mins to my house to one that is 50 mins). I bought the car after some kid broke the timing belt and bent a valve and didn't want it anymore. I got it, pulled the engine apart and replaced a valve and the valve seals, replaced the head gasket, the valve cover gasket, the water pump, the timing belt, etc. That was about 20k miles ago (when the car had 208,000 miles). I drive the car everyday, it just burns oil so I got a spare h22a red top that I planned on swapping in.

The Good:
New Valve Seals
New Head Gasket
New Valve Cover Gasket
New Water Pump
Replaced Trans (Current trans has about 100k on it or so)
Replaced passenger axle
Has 18" Mazda 6 wheels with good tires
Fresh Oil Change

The Current Bad:
Driver's hub is wearing out - I have two hubs that come with the car, once it got warmer I was going to swap it myself.
Paint isn't 100% - the car is14 years old with 223k miles
CEL is on for "Insufficient EGR flow" - I've pulled off the EGR valve and cleaned it, but I may have to do a more thorough cleaning of the ports now.
Needs inspection

ADDITIONAL
The car will come with a JDM H22A motor with 160k miles on it. I planned on swapping it in myself but I just don't have the time right now. The Type S trans is not with it, just the motor. See "Related Websites" below to have descriptions on this swap. I already started pulling the engine down and have full gasket/seals sets for the head and motor. If I had the time I would def be doing this myself.

KBB Values @ 224k
Excellent
$3,755
Very Good
$3,480
Good
$3,380
Fair
$2,780

I think my asking price is fair and its less than I have in the car at this point. For the asking price I can include:

-Green Rear Bumper (from my 1997 Prelude)
-Pair of front hubs (from my 1997 Prelude)
-Additional all black door panels, the current door panels and center console are from my 97 Prelude.

I would like to get rid of this quickly so I can get a better gas mileage car. Let me know if you are interested! Email or text me

Rob
