Hello guys, how's it going?!
It's been a really long time since last time i posted anything here. Well, i've been pretty busy through out last year, and things still haven't got any slower... i guess that's a good thing.

So anyway, i have a 97 accord, it's the equivalent of the EX model in america, and i need to replace a few things on the suspension. I found the front lower ball joints for sale at a auto parts store near my house, but they don't carry inner or outer tie rods or upper ball joints.
It's pretty hard to find parts for a honda here in Brazil, and aftermarket support is very little, let alone support for the accord platform. Civics aren't popular, but you get to see some of them on a daily basis, so i figure i might be able to order parts for a civic with the intention of fitting them in my car.
So my question is, what year/model of honda civic shares the same upper ball joint with the honda accord? I really appreciate any input on this matter, thanks!!!

Hey there, sorry to hear you're having so much trouble finding parts for your car locally.
I am not aware of any civic ball joints that would fit your car.

Can you not order the upper ball joints you need online and have them shipped to you?

 

try pulling the part number off hondaautomotiveparts.com or estore.honda.com and using it to google or cross reference and figure out if any other Honda has compatible ball joints. I think a lot of places don't offer just the ball joint by its self and you have to buy the whole wishbone with ball joint already pressed in.
