Default Is Service Bulletin 98-081 still effective or is it too late?

Hi, I'm wondering if Service Bulletin 98-081 can still apply to a '96 Civic Ex?

It states that the warranty is 14 years/150k miles but is does not state from exactly when.

Thank you.

I had a service bulletin for the ignition on my 1997 Honda CRV done a couple years ago free of charge, so i would imagine you are good too, a phone call would confirm this

???

I already seen that thread, it does not answer my question at all. Is it that hard to answer ?

Well that was several years ago, which the warranty was still going. I'm just not sure if it is now.

I will probably, but they will most likely argue it's 2 years overdue. (96 + 14 = 2010)

Your sense of entitlement not withstanding, I do not know the answer to your question (so feel free to press the back button now if you are sensitive/fragile/emo, etc.):

I had the seat belts replaced in my 2K civic (TSB) out of warranty by the dealer.

It might have something to do with my lack of attitude and people skills when I approached the head of the service department, but I'm not from the internet/Facebook generation so I may be completely out of touch.

Just sayi'n.

So, what part of 14 years/150k miles is hard for you to understand?

It would be expired, 14 years is up. Basically it was issued to original owners back in the late 90's. Since it is so long now typically many things go wrong after that many years anyway.
