I contacted Wilwood and I think theres some misunderstanding. I asked them to help determine if their kit would fit under my RPF-1s. Their response we don't make any kit for DC, EG,or EF that will fit under a 15" wheel. Their we page says otherwise. Is anybody running these Brakes? Can someone tell me the radius to the furthest point from center line. This could help.

 

The dynalite comes in I think 3 different sized rotors. If the rotor size is 11-11.5" size it will likely fit, what offset are your enkeis?

If they don't fit it's likely a 5-10mm spacer would solve that.

The caliper has a pretty low profile IIRC, a 12" may fit under a few 15" wheels, the rpf01 being one of the 15s often mentioned for having good clearance for brakes.

 

the 12" kit will fit under a handful of 15" wheels, but even some 16" will have problems. Best to just download the clearance info on their website and measure your wheels. They also make an 11" kit that will obviously fit more wheels.

 

Thanks for he help guys. I'm ping to download the clearance specs. The 11" kit is like 11.25. I'm going I see if that one fits, else the fast brakes kit. My rims are +35 they are "for a miata"

 

People need to start understanding that OFFSET RARELY MATTERS.

Spoke design and barrel design are FAR MORE important for brake clearance than offset.

 

The rpf1 it kind of does there is about a half inch ledge in the 1st 2in nearest the spokes. I will post pics later today.

 

the dynalite havd 11.1 and 12.2 inch rotor. the 11.1 can fit most 15 with under 40 offset rims.
